The investigation into the death of a 16-year-old teenager last Saturday night in the Aubiers district is progressing.
After the arrest of five people, aged 18 and 21, placed in police custody between Sunday evening and Monday morning, the Bordeaux prosecutor's office indicates this Thursday that four of them were referred on Thursday.

Pre-trial detention required
The four defendants referred this afternoon will be presented to the investigating magistrate with a view to their indictment, and the opening of a judicial investigation of the counts of murder in an organized gang and attempted murder in an organized gang, participation in a criminal association for the preparation of a crime.
The prosecution indicates that they have requested their placement in pre-trial detention.
