The suspect was arrested Monday morning after an investigation entrusted to the divisional urban security brigade-East of the Rhône.

He operated from Villeurbanne.

His actions began on November 19, said the Lyon police.

The man admitted the facts in police custody.

He will be judged later.

While awaiting the date of his trial, he was released.
