It is clarified that the easing of sanctions implies that now, in exceptional cases, British ships are allowed to pay from unfrozen accounts for the port services of the State Unitary Enterprise "Crimean Sea Ports", namely the Kerch, Yalta and Yevpatoria ports.

At the same time, restrictions were lifted from financial transactions related to the services of a branch of the enterprise - "State Hydrographic Service" and port terminals of "Crimean Sea Ports".

It is noted that everyone who is going to pay for the services of "Crimean seaports" will have to notify the British regulator, which is responsible for compliance with the sanctions regime.

Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said in an interview with the Ukrainian news service "TSN" about his intention to make the issue of Crimea "a hell of a topic" for Russia.

On December 24, Kuleba announced that the Ukrainian side intends to interfere with the project for desalination of water in Crimea.
