January 05, 2021A attorney in Kenosha, Wisconsin, has decided not to indict Rusten Sheskey, the cop who last August fired seven shots in the back of 29-year-old African American Jacob Blake, leaving him paralyzed from the waist down. An episode that further fueled the protests sparked by the killing of George Floyd.

Ben Crump, the family's attorney, expressed "immense disappointment" at the decision, announced after the National Guard was mobilized for fear of unrest.
