January 05, 2021 Luca Sostegni, alleged figurehead of the accountant Michele Scillieri, arrested in July in the Milanese investigation into the Lombardy Film Commission case and about alleged black funds for the League, has negotiated 4 years and 10 months and a fine of 1,000 euros.

The plea deal for Sostegni (defended by the lawyer Giuseppe Alessandro Pennisi), who paid 20 thousand euros as compensation, was ratified by the investigating judge Raffaella Mascarino.

The 62-year-old, who collaborated in the investigation, can become key witnesses in the trial. The request for an immediate trial is approaching for the others arrested in the investigation of the adjunct Fusco and the prosecutor Civardi.
