Bremen (dpa / lni) - Bremen's mayor Andreas Bovenschulte (SPD) sees the resolutions of the federal-state conference on how to proceed in the corona pandemic as necessary steps to reduce new infections. The aim is and remains to achieve a 7-day incidence of less than 50 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants. "We will have to work hard and be very disciplined so that this remains not just a hope, but an achievable goal," said Bovenschulte on Tuesday evening after the Prime Minister's video switching conference with Chancellor Angela Merkel (CDU), which lasted several hours. In Bremen, the school attendance requirement remains suspended even after the end of the Christmas holidays on Friday. This allows parents to decide for themselves whether they want to send their children to school.
