The ministry said that according to the World Organization for Animal Health, cases of ASF in susceptible animal species were registered in the indicated regions of Russia and Ukraine.
“In this regard, temporary restrictions have been introduced on the import of live pigs, zoo and circus animals of susceptible species, pork (including meat of wild boars) and other edible pig-breeding raw materials into Belarus from the Volgograd and Chernivtsi regions and Tatarstan,” the TASS report quotes.
