This is stated in the list of instructions of the President following the press conference.
The list is published on the Kremlin website.
“To consider the issue of issuing certificates to persons who have been vaccinated to prevent a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) using Russian vaccines ...”, the president ordered.
Also, the head of state instructed to consider the issue of international recognition of such certificates in order for citizens to leave or enter Russia and cross the state borders of other countries.
Putin instructed to submit a report on this issue by January 20.
Earlier, Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko said that a service was launched on the portal of public services from January 1, with the help of which citizens vaccinated against coronavirus can receive a certificate of vaccination.
