Why did its management, especially the top leaders of the group and subordinate units, lose their horses one after another?

Send money, borrow a house, decorate, and seek care only for project cooperation

  Coal is an important strategic resource of the country. Anyone who has not approved the development plan and mining right setting plan of the state shall not be allowed to set up mining right.

For He Jiuchang, this should have been common sense and the bottom line.

However, in charge of industrial policy formulation and project approval in the energy and resource industries such as coal and electric power, he blatantly violated the spirit of the relevant documents, and violated the regulations without approval of the Fugu Mining Area Fengjiata Mining Company and Yushen which did not comply with the industrial policy. Project plans for mining areas are signed and approved and reported to the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration.

  From 2008 to 2012, every year before the Spring Festival, Shen Hao would send a shopping card worth 20,000 yuan to He Jiuchang.

Weak organizational concepts, engage in political clinging, and go on crooked ways

  "One is to thank Shen Hao for his recognition and recommend himself as the general manager of the oilfield company; the other is to build a good relationship with Shen Hao and continue to seek support." Yuan Haike said.

  During the investigation, the most frequently heard expression by the investigators was: “He is the top leader and has the power to decide on the appointment and removal of cadres, and he must do everything he arranges.” “Shen Hao has very important powers in the use of cadres. If you have different opinions, you cannot go to the meeting to study."

  Unlike Shen Hao, Hao Xiaochen is more cautious.

He set himself the principle of "Four No Collections", "Never collect money from people with unclear relationships; never collect money from'people and things that are of great concern'; never collect money on a piecemeal basis; absolutely No money is charged from internal employees."

Otherwise, it will involve a wide range, which will damage its own image and easily expose it.

The six facts he was accused of accepting bribes were basically related to project cooperation, project contracting, and procurement, and most of them were more than 3 million yuan.

  According to the case handlers, whether it is holding company shares, real estate property rights, accepting bribes, entrusting huge amounts of funds, or collecting huge amounts of funds for commodity trading operations, the Hao Xiaochen case has the characteristics of "single-line connection" and acts secretly.

However, these "old friends" who had been in friendship with him for decades were not as reliable as he thought.

The benefits intersect, and the benefits are scattered.

In response to the weak links in the implementation of the requirements of the central government, the implementation of the main responsibilities of the party committee, the implementation of party regulations and party discipline, the style of the cadre team, and the implementation of the internal control system, the "six strict inspections" were carried out, 204 specific matters were investigated, and 27 problems were summarized and sorted out.

Focusing on issues such as mining rights, land engineering projects, relatives of leading cadres who do business in violation of regulations, receiving and giving gifts in violation of regulations, and formalism and bureaucracy, etc., the special governance work is deeply promoted.
