Herne (dpa / lnw) - The A43 near Herne is fully closed on four weekends in spring.

It is about bridge work by Deutsche Bahn for the A43 expansion to six lanes between Marl and Witten, as the Westphalia branch of the new federal highway GmbH announced on Monday.

The therefore necessary full closings between the Herne junction and the Herne-Eickel junction are planned for the weekends March 19 to March 22, March 26 to March 29, May 28 to May 31 and June 4 to June 7 .
