Würzburg (dpa / lby) - The Würzburg Kickers have refined on the offensive and loaned Marvin Pieringer from SC Freiburg.
As the bottom of the table in the 2nd Bundesliga announced, the 21-year-old striker will come from the first division from the Breisgau until the end of the season.
Pieringer has scored twelve goals in 14 games in the current season for the Freiburg U23 in the Regionalliga Südwest.
In addition, he was most recently part of the Bundesliga squad of coach Christian Streich.
Pieringer is the third newcomer to Lower Franconia this winter after Rolf Feltscher (Los Angeles Galaxy) and Stefan Maierhofer (Admira Wacker).
