Stuttgart (AP) - RB Leipzig has taken the lead in the Bundesliga for at least one night.
The team of coach Julian Nagelsmann won 1-0 (0-0) at VfB Stuttgart on Saturday evening and displaced Bayern from first place.
The defending champion from Munich will only play against Mainz on Sunday (6 p.m. / Sky) at home.
Dani Olmo scored the winning goal for Leipzig in the 67th minute.
Emil Forsberg failed in the 23rd minute with a dubious penalty kick against VfB goalkeeper Gregor Kobel.
Stuttgart are still without a win at home this Bundesliga season and slipped to eleventh place.
