Munich (dpa / lby) - A 39-year-old shot a gun from the balcony in Munich.
Several police patrols moved out on New Year's Eve after a witness called 911.
The officers were able to locate the apartment and heard how the suspect shot again, the police said on Friday.
The forces arrested the man when he tried to leave his apartment.
They found a pistol and ammunition with him.
The shooter received a complaint for violating the gun law.
He was then allowed to leave the police station at large.
