　　Tan Kefei stated that at the end of September this year, the government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Chinese People's Liberation Army Garrison in Hong Kong signed the "Memorandum of Handover of the Central Military Terminal", officially handing over the Central Military Terminal to the Hong Kong Forces.

The handover of the military terminal in the Central District has further enhanced the garrison’s ability to perform defense duties in accordance with the law.

According to defense needs, the wharf is mainly used for ship berthing, maritime traffic, daily combat readiness, and military exercises.

Recently, the garrison is debugging and testing the related facilities of the terminal. The berthing of the ship is part of the relevant testing work.
