It’s easy for me: I’m a non-drinker, ”Lukashenka said.
The President emphasized that “this is by no means PR”: he is always in office on major holidays.
Lukashenka also noted that this year his New Year's address to citizens was recorded in an unusual format and he was interested in “what happened in the end”.
Earlier, the presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov told how Russian leader Vladimir Putin will celebrate the New Year.
