If you want to serve more than a boiled egg and a bake-off bread during breakfast at Christmas, you should consider serving this filled croissant.
Good idea, because: you make an impression with it and it is easy to make.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Type of meal: breakfast
Number of people: four
Croissants have a luxurious look of their own, but if you fill them generously with cream cheese, smoked salmon and salad, they are quite a sight to see.
Don't like smoked salmon?
Then you can also use Spanish ham.
What you need for four people:
200 grams smoked salmon *
200 grams of herb cream cheese
50 grams of arugula
* Vegetarian option: use vegetarian cold cuts or thin slices of boiled beet instead of the smoked salmon.

prepare the dish
Boil the eggs softly for about six minutes.
Scare them in cold water, peel and cut into slices.
Carefully cut the croissants in half and generously spread the bottom halves with herb cream cheese.
Divide the arugula over it and then the slices of salmon.
Finish with the egg slices and then place the tops of the croissants back on.
Enjoy your meal!
