Twelfth grade students confirmed that their results in the first semester exams do not reflect their actual academic levels.

They added that they were happy with the level of exam questions in the first semester, except for mathematics, as they included difficult questions.

A student said, "I did not expect to fail in subjects that I found studying and answering her exams, and I was very reassured that my grade in it would not fall below (A), and this did not happen to me only, but with other students whose academic levels are high, and they are among the first students."

He called for reviewing previous examination papers and correcting them again, indicating that his scores in formative assessment tests are 100% in all subjects.

The relatives of students said: Dr. Ali Al Yamahi, Yasmine Saber, and Kholoud Taha, that the twelfth grade student (high school) lives in a state of nervous tension throughout the school year, because he knows that this year is fateful and determines his academic future, and when he is surprised that his assessment of this The effort and the state in which he lives from turmoil and anticipation is a "failure" in subjects, and low grades in other subjects, this is reflected in him negatively, indicating the need to re-evaluate the examination papers.

For its part, the Ministry of Education stated that the grade improvement test is available to all students, and the student’s highest score will be calculated, indicating the need to use the educational platforms available on the smart learning portal (LMS), and to implement a make-up test in all group A subjects, for groups of students absent from the basic exam , And who faced technical problems while applying the basic exam.

And she said, in a circular issued recently and distributed to schools, that make-up tests will be carried out for the twelfth grade in the school, starting from January 10, according to a schedule that will be announced later.

The school administrations are required to review students ’grades, approve those that are not accredited, review unearmarked end-of-semester exam scores, and ensure that the student attends the semester end-of-term exam or not.

And she said, "The student will have a mark (**) in the grading report in the event that the grades of any subject are not approved or not monitored, and he will be asked to review the school to ascertain the reasons for the appearance of the mark."
