A family from Romans-sur-Isère, in the Drôme, had a great fright on Monday, December 28.

Around 10:30 p.m., a stray bullet went through one of their bay windows before going to lodge in the wall of their apartment on the ground floor, reports Le Dauphiné Libéré.

At the time, the couple were watching TV on the sofa, with their son.

No member of the family was affected.

On the spot, a 9 mm caliber bullet or a very similar caliber would have been found according to the regional daily.

A neighborhood survey has already been carried out and no leads would be ruled out as to the origin of the shot.
