Agent Adam Coy, who was fired for this, killed him.

It is yet another killing of an unarmed black man, the second in less than a month in the same Ohio city.
Video captured by the agent's cameras showed that Hill had met Coy in the garage of a house with his illuminated cell phone in his left hand and had been shot a few seconds later.
The policeman was there on a call that was not an emergency.
Three weeks ago, also in Columbus, the police killed Casey Goodson Jr, 23.
In his hand he had a sandwich mistaken for a gun.
