The National Police and the Municipal Police of Madrid will

vacate the Puerta del Sol from 10 pm on the next 30 and 31 December

to avoid incidents.

This year, due to the pandemic, the square will be empty in the pre-grapes and in the New Year's Eve grapes.

At 9:30 p.m., the agents will prevent the passage of people around Kilometer Zero and 30 minutes later, Puerta del Sol will be clear, as EL MUNDO has learned.
