In July, Shapsha invited Musk to visit the Tsiolkovsky Museum of the History of Cosmonautics.
He recalled that the American "constantly quotes" Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, therefore, "most likely, he will be interested" in visiting the museum.
Musk also said that he talked with the family of Academician Sergei Pavlovich Korolev.
He called Korolev "one of the best".
