Three people are said to have been forced to give up a mobile phone under threat.
The incident occurred at around 3 pm and led to a major police operation in the Hemdal area.
The police have searched for the perpetrator with, among other things, a police dog.
- We have conducted a major search for the person and we have been able to secure evidence, says Matilda Isaksson, RLC officer at police region Mitt.
The police have received a report on the perpetrator, but currently do not want to go out with this information so as not to disturb the investigation.
The incident is classified as robbery.
