Lübeck (dpa / lno) - Without attacker Patrick Hobsch, the third division footballers of VfB Lübeck started team training again on Tuesday.

As the club announced, the corona test carried out on Monday gave the 26-year-old a positive result.

Hobsch was symptom-free and kept fit in quarantine at home.

Since there was no direct contact with the team over the Christmas holidays, all other players, coaches and supervisors were able to continue normal operations as planned.

Mirko Boland, Sebastian Hertner and Tim Kircher are still in training after their injuries.

VfB coach Rolf Landerl has scheduled eight units until the first game on January 10th at FSV Zwickau.

Lübeck footballers only have time off on New Year's Day.
