The funeral of actor Claude Brasseur will be celebrated Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Saint-Roch church in Paris, the artists' parish, the family announced to AFP on Saturday.

The burial will then take place at Père-Lachaise, where his father, actor Pierre Brasseur rests, "in strict privacy", according to the wishes of the family.

Claude Brasseur died Tuesday at the age of 84.

In total, in more than 60 years of career, he will have appeared in more than 110 films, also passing by the television and theater boxes.

Following the generations of spectators, he will be remembered as Vidocq;

Daniel, member of the gang of "Un éléphant ça trompe enormously" and "We will all go to paradise" alongside Victor Lanoux, Jean Rochefort and Guy Bedos;

François, father of Sophie Marceau in "La Boum", or Jacky, in "Camping" and its suites.
