Oberstdorf (dpa) - The 69th Four Hills Tournament for ski jumpers begins today (4.30 p.m. / ZDF and Eurosport) with a ghost jump in the World Cup location Oberstdorf.

Eleven athletes will be at the start for the German Ski Association (DSV).

The best chances in the team of national coach Stefan Horngacher are attributed to the two world champions Markus Eisenbichler and Karl Geiger.

The rivals from Poland for Olympic champion Kamil Stoch and defending champion Dawid Kubacki were out before qualification: After a positive Corona test by Klemens Muranka, the entire team in Allgäu is not allowed to start.
