  On the same day, Zheng Yinjing issued a policy on strengthening entry quarantine work at a regular press conference, extending the ban on flights in the UK for one week.

Specifically, including those entering through a third country, immigrants from the United Kingdom and South Africa, regardless of nationality, must submit a nucleic acid test (PCR) negative certificate. Visa issuance is suspended except for special circumstances such as diplomatic service and humanitarian affairs.

  According to previous reports, the South Korean government has suspended flights with the United Kingdom from December 23, requiring all entry from the United Kingdom to be quarantined for 14 days and to undergo nucleic acid testing again after the quarantine period.

At the same time, the government has increased the quarantine of people entering from South Africa, requiring them to be tested again after the end of the isolation period.
