During an ID check on the train between Copenhagen and Malmö, a dispute broke out between Benjamin Antwi and the border police.
Benjamin was then dragged off the train by several police officers, an incident that was reported by both Benjamin and the police - and was widely circulated on social media.

In October, the convicted murderer Peter Madsen tried to escape from prison, by taking a person hostage and threatening that he had a bomb.

At the end of August, a violent riot broke out in Malmö after a Koran was burned in Rosengård and an unauthorized demonstration on Stortorget took place, where a Koran was kicked around on the ground.

At the beginning of April, a 93-year-old man from the Öresund Bridge drove in the wrong direction, colliding head-on with a 22-year-old driver in Malmö.
The older man later died of his injuries.
