There is an urgent problem that is currently worrying the right-wing politicians of the Bundestag parliamentary groups: How to deal with people who do not want to be vaccinated against the coronavirus?

At first glance, the answer seems clear: there will be no compulsory vaccination, as those in charge of the federal government have been emphasizing for months.

At second glance, everything is more complicated. Because there are a multitude of social areas in which, contrary to all assurances, vaccination could be made a prerequisite: on airlines, in restaurants, in cinemas. There is a risk of mandatory vaccination through the back door, as some parliamentarians, constitutional lawyers and ministers observe with concern. And with it the conflict: is it acceptable that people who have not been vaccinated can be excluded from parts of social life in the future, at least as far as the private sector is concerned?
