An organizer of clandestine evenings in Paris, despite the curfew, will be summoned to the criminal court after his arrest on the night of Saturday to Sunday, the prosecution announced on Sunday, specifying the custody of three other people had been lifted.

Blamed for "endangering the lives of others", this person must be presented to a prosecutor who should give him a summons to the court, said the prosecutor, who will request his placement under judicial supervision.

Participants verbalized

She is suspected of having gathered around fifty people for an evening in the 17th arrondissement.

An individual, taken into custody for having participated in the organization of these festivities, was released and the procedure was discontinued.

The police custody of two other people, suspected of having organized a party which brought together around forty people in the 8th arrondissement, were lifted and their procedure closed.

According to a police source, 46 people participating in the party were also fined for non-compliance with the curfew in the 17th century, and around forty in the 8th.

The two investigations were entrusted to the police stations of the two districts, according to the prosecution.

"It's completely irresponsible"

The police officers also intervened during an evening organized in the 13th arrondissement, under a tunnel of the "small belt", a former railway line which circled Paris, and in Tremblay-en-France (Seine-Saint -Denis), said a police source.

In Tremblay, the illegal party took place in a neighborhood house and was organized by a municipal agent on a CDD, said the mayor of the commune François Asensi (FG).

"It's completely irresponsible," protested the city councilor who will "sanction" his agent.

In total, 93 verbalizations were drawn up during “festive gatherings” on the night of Saturday to Sunday, said the Paris police headquarters in a tweet.
