The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation confirmed the readiness of the fleet of 450 vehicles for the "Tawseel" service to provide fast and distinguished services at the place specified by the customer wishing to benefit from this free service.

The director of the Ministry's Service Centers Department, Abdul-Rahman Al-Mualla, said that Tawseel vehicles are equipped with the latest smart and electronic technologies to enable them to achieve a rapid response to the customer, especially in areas far from cities, by reaching him at the place he specifies within 15 minutes of the service request and completing the transaction at an average rate. 10 minutes time.

He emphasized that no additional fees are charged for requesting the "delivery" service, as the customer pays the prescribed fees for the service that is performed.


Al-Mualla explained, "Tawseel service represents an advanced generation of innovative government services on demand, as it aims to enhance the customer's experience and facilitate his access to the best services in line with the standards of the Emirates Outstanding Government Service Program, within the framework of an institutional partnership between the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and the private sector that The service is managed by national cadres and under the direct supervision of the Ministry.

Al-Mualla praised the partnership and cooperation between the Ministries of Human Resources, Emiratisation and Justice, which recently resulted in the provision of "justice" services in the Emirate of Sharjah in a first phase, indicating the ministry's keenness to develop its partnerships with other government agencies in a way that contributes to providing integrated government services through a "delivery service".
