Straubing (dpa / lby) - At a forbidden nightly Christmas party in Straubing, a young person stole a 20-year-old's car for a joyride.
The 15-year-old secretly took the car keys and drove away with a young man, according to police investigations.
After the celebration, the car owner discovered several damage to her car.
The 15-year-old had run over a traffic sign while driving, said a police spokesman on Sunday.
Then she parked the car at the place of origin and put the keys back.
The young person must now expect reports of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving without a driver's license and fleeing traffic accidents.
She and her co-driver were also reported for violating the exit restriction under the Bavarian Infection Protection Ordinance.
Further charges against the guests of the party on the night of Christmas Day would be examined, it said.
The owner of the car also received a complaint: the woman was reportedly under the influence of narcotics.
