Shortly after 8 pm on Saturday evening, the police were alerted to the Sävja district in Uppsala after a shooting.
A teenager was found outdoors in a residential area.
He was awake and talkative and his injuries are not considered life-threatening.
The police currently have no suspects in the case, which is classified as aggravated assault.
