When the police rushed to the scene, they found an RV parked on the side of the street in the north section of the city's Second Avenue.
The police said that before the explosion, an audio recording came from the car stating that a bomb would explode within 15 minutes.
The police immediately assisted surrounding people to evacuate and sealed off the area.
Soon, the RV exploded.
The police said that suspected human remains were found at the scene of the incident and have been sent to a doctor for laboratory testing.
Three people were injured in the explosion and their injuries were stable.
The explosion also caused damage to dozens of nearby buildings.
The police stated that they believed this was an explosion made "intentionally".
The police said that after preliminary investigation, the RV parked at the site of the incident at 1:22 am on the 25th.
According to CNN, the incident took place only one street away from the AT&T office building.

The company issued a statement that day that users in the Nashville area were affected and related services are being restored as soon as possible.
As communication services were affected, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) suspended flights from Nashville International Airport that day.
