According to the United States Press International (UPI), the three judges of the Chicago Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit unanimously rejected the appeal of the Trump campaign.

The team previously appealed that the Wisconsin State Electoral Commission violated relevant constitutional regulations by changing voting practices and allowing early voting using the ballot box.

Judge Michael Scudder Jr. wrote in the resolution: "Trump has ample opportunity to challenge Wisconsin law before the election, emphasizing his current claims. After the election results are announced, he cannot Challenge the laws of Wisconsin again."

This is the second time that the Trump team has been dismissed in Wisconsin.

On December 14, the Wisconsin Supreme Court rejected the Trump campaign’s lawsuit with 4 votes against and 3 votes in favor.

On November 30, Wisconsin election officials and Governor Tony Evers confirmed that Biden had won.

On December 14, the state's electors gathered in Madison to cast 10 electoral votes for Biden.
