Li Lei, former member of the party group and assistant to the governor of the Yunnan Provincial People's Government, under supervision and investigation

　　According to the Yunnan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, Li Lei, a former member of the party group of the Yunnan Provincial People’s Government and assistant to the governor, is suspected of serious violations of the law and is being investigated by the Yunnan Provincial Supervision Commission.

　　Li Lei, male, Han nationality, was born in May 1971. He started working in September 1990 and joined the Communist Party of China in May 1998.

　　Since January 2005, he has served successively as a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Yunnan Provincial Government, Assistant to the Governor (suspended post), Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Dean of the Kunming Branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Secretary of the Dehong Prefecture Committee of the Communist Party of China (suspended post) and concurrently served as the First Secretary of the Party Committee of the Dehong Prefecture Military Subregion .
