Sassnitz (dpa / mv) - A drunk 37-year-old man was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash in Sassnitz on the island of Rügen.
The man was driving late Thursday evening without a driver's license and without a crash helmet, the police said on Friday.
Accordingly, the 37-year-old drove against a curb and fell.
He suffered severe head injuries and was taken to the hospital in an ambulance.
Investigations were initiated against him for drunkenness in traffic and driving without a license.
