Stig Johansson likes exercise races and says that he would never compete in a competition.
He lives in Fagersanna in Västergötland.
According to Vätternrundan, he is the only one to have completed all races since 1966. Stig has also cycled all around Siljan and ridden the Vasaloppet over 50 times.
"Open Pandora's box"
On Christmas Day, the documentary "The Last Pioneer - the film about Stig Johanson" premieres on Vätternrundan's Facebook page and cykla.se.
But it took some persuasion to get him to stand up.
- It has been an experience to follow Stig during this year.
It started with a coffee at my house.
From the beginning, he was extremely skeptical about opening up Pandora's box.
We cycled with him 300 km this summer - it has been great fun, says Vätternrundan's CEO Oskar Sundblad.
