"The road has been long and difficult"

The agreement between the European Union and Britain is fair, balanced and good, said Ursula von der Leyen for her part.

“

The road has been long and difficult.

But we have a good deal (...).

It is a fair, balanced agreement and it is the right and responsible thing to do on the part of both parties,
