An elected official from Strasbourg, Pascal Mangin, had the good surprise to find his electric bike which had been stolen in Aubervilliers on July 15th.

The president of the Grand Est culture commission and city councilor had just acquired it.

“I had put two padlocks.

He was in a guarded parking lot ”indicates the elected official who had, in addition, added a tracker in the engine for 4,000 euros.
