A few days before the presidential and legislative elections in Niger, Moden Fa Lumana gives his voting instructions.
The party's candidate, Hama Amadou, had his candidacy invalidated by the Constitutional Court because of his conviction.
The opposition party therefore calls on its supporters to vote for former president Mahamane Ousmane.

The national political office of Moden Fa Lumana made its announcement late Wednesday afternoon by reading a statement, in French, Hausa and Zarma while the presidential and legislative elections take place Sunday, December 27.
Its secretary general, Mallam Sani Mahamane, announces that the party is supporting Mahamane Ousmane for the presidential election on Sunday.

The 70-year-old former president is the candidate of the RDR Tchanji party, a member, like Moden Fa Lumana, of the opposition CAP 20/21 coalition.

Hama Amadou's

remains in contention for the legislative elections and reminds its activists to vote well for their lists.

In the absence of a presidential candidate, Moden Fa Lumana hopes to be able to weigh in the National Assembly, according to Bana Ibrahim, the party's communications manager, and improve his score in 2016.
