As pointed out by the portal "Gordon", referring to the response of the ministry to the request of the publication, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine condemns such statements.
"We consider the provision of so-called aid and the delivery of" humanitarian "or any other goods to ... territory in Donetsk and Luhansk regions without the official consent of Ukraine as a gross violation of Ukrainian legislation, its sovereignty and territorial integrity," the department noted.
