Steinheim (dpa) - The company Petersilchen GmbH has recalled certain spreads because they contain raw sesame products that are contaminated with the pesticide ethylene oxide.
Affected are the spread chickpea chili 180 g Sanchon and spread chickpea ginger 180 g Sanchon with different batch numbers and best before dates.
Other items from the Sanchon brand are not affected, the company announced on Tuesday.
It is not advisable to consume the affected items.
Customers could return the glasses.
The purchase price will be refunded.
