He added that the foundation aims to alleviate the suffering of the citizen who wants to build his house, and to reduce the time period for building a house, which reaches five years, to one and a half years at the maximum period of time, with good quality, pointing out that the institution requires that the citizen benefit from this institution that The plot of land shall be obtained through a grant from the government of the Emirate of Dubai, and a financial grant or loan from the Foundation.
The Director of the Institution’s Engineering Supervision Department stated, in a press release, that the prices of standardized models have been reduced by approximately 10%, due to the decrease in construction prices during this year.
