Bremen (AP) - Werder Bremen is worried about two more top performers before the second round match in the DFB Cup at Hannover 96.

Leonardo Bittencourt and Ömer Toprak's stakes are still uncertain in the game on Wednesday (8.45 p.m. / Sky).

Bittencourt is plagued by an ankle injury that had already made it impossible to play at 1-0 in Mainz in the Bundesliga on Saturday.

Toprak had to be replaced in Mainz because of a blow to the Achilles tendon at the beginning of the second half.

The three strikers Milot Rashica, Niclas Füllkrug and Davie Selke will definitely be missing in Hanover.
