A man and a woman whose age has not been specified were arrested and taken into custody Sunday morning after the assault of a young woman of 24 with knives during the night in Pont-de -Claix (Isère), we learned from corroborating sources.
The victim, seriously injured and whose vital prognosis is committed according to the firefighters, was stabbed several times in the chest during the night from Saturday to Sunday shortly before 3:30 am, while she was at her home located in the south of the Grenoble area.
She was transported in serious condition to the Grenoble University Hospital.
“The two accused, a man and a woman, are currently in police custody.

According to the regional daily, which evokes a search carried out this morning by the gendarmes at the home of the suspect couple, the hypothesis of a “personal dispute” is favored by the Grenoble gendarmes responsible for the investigation.
