39 overseas Chinese leaders from more than 40 countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, etc., joined the "Cloud" video link and guests from the overseas Chinese community in Harbin, looking back over the years with the overseas Chinese in the ice city around the world, and talked about 60 years of profound overseas Chinese love.
Located in the center of Northeast Asia, Harbin is known as the jewel of the Eurasian Continental Bridge. It is an important hub of the first Eurasian Continental Bridge and air corridor. It is also a famous historical and cultural city in China, a hot tourist city and an international ice and snow cultural city.
The city currently has more than 250,000 returned overseas Chinese and nearly 150,000 overseas Chinese, mainly distributed in more than 40 countries and regions in the world.

Chen Zuodong, chairman of the Harbin Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, said that the change in role made him more deeply aware of China's domestic care and concern for overseas Chinese.

According to Yang Weitao, secretary general of the Harbin Federation of Overseas Chinese, since the reform and opening up, overseas Chinese at home and abroad have directly or indirectly introduced several billion yuan (RMB, the same below) for Harbin.
After the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia this year, the Harbin Overseas Chinese Federation gathered overseas Chinese and overseas Chinese to donate a total value of about 17.68 million yuan to the front line of epidemic prevention.
