Paris SG coach Thomas Tuchel, already deprived of Neymar, chose Sunday to leave his star striker Kylian Mbappé on the bench at the kickoff of the Ligue 1 shock in Lille (9:00 p.m.), according to the League's compositions (LFP).

The striker, who is celebrating his 22nd birthday, seemed to have left behind the muscular pains that had prevented him from starting against Lyon a week ago (1-0 loss).

But if he played 90 minutes in the victory against Lorient on Wednesday (2-0), "Kyky" still feels something in a thigh, according to the sports daily L'Equipe.

After the package of "Ney", hit in an ankle, PSG suffers a new blow, while it faces a direct competitor for the title, on the occasion of the 16th day.

In the absence of the French world champion, Moise Kean and Angel di Maria start in attack, in the 5-3-2 with a defensive connotation which has favored Tuchel since the end of November.

Captain Marquinhos, recovered from a hip injury, returns to defense, alongside Presnel Kimpembe and Thilo Kehrer.

The German, most often used as a right-back since his arrival in 2018, plays in a central position, to compensate for the unavailability of Danilo Pereira and Abdou Diallo.

On the Lille side, coach Christophe Galtier opted for Boubakary Soumaré rather than Xeka in the midfield.

Turkish striker Burak Yilmaz, replacing in Dijon on Wednesday (2-0), starts in attack alongside his compatriot Yusuf Yazici.

Lille (2nd, 32 pts), best team in Ligue 1 at home, hopes to beat a Parisian team (3rd, 31 pts) which is going through a difficult period.

The winner, or Losc if they draw, will overtake Lyon (1st, 33 pts) at the top of the Championship.
