Wolfsburg (AP) - The five quarantine cases at VfL Wolfsburg help the young Bartosz Bialek to get his first start in the Bundesliga on Sunday evening and the captain Josuha Guilavogui to return to the starting line-up.

These two professionals as well as midfielder Yannick Gerhardt, left-back Jerome Roussillon and the most recently injured Renato Steffen should compensate for the short-term loss of several regular players at VfL in the home game against VfB Stuttgart (6 p.m. / Sky).

Maximilian Arnold and Jerome Roussillon tested positive for the corona virus over the weekend.

Maximilian Philipp, Xaver Schlager and Tim Siersleben were classified as direct contact persons who also went into quarantine as a precaution.

The 19-year-old Pole Bialek came from Zaglebie Lubin to Wolfsburg before the season and has already scored a Bundesliga goal in his five short appearances to date.

The Frenchman Guilavogui, on the other hand, lost his regular place in midfield to the now missing Arnold and Schlager due to a torn muscle fiber in October.
