Overseas Network, December 19, the US "Washington Post" reported on the 19th that the Trump administration has notified Congress that it intends to close the last two remaining US consulates in Russia.

  The U.S. State Department notified members of Congress last week that it will permanently close the U.S. consulate in the Russian Far East city of Vladivostok and temporarily suspend the operation of the consulate in Yekaterinburg east of the Ural Mountains.

The notice was delivered to Congress on December 10.
