Vilsbiburg (dpa / sn) - The volleyball women of the Dresdner SC have continued their successful streak in the Bundesliga.

The team of coach Alexander Waibl won on Saturday at the Rote Raben Vilsbiburg with 3: 1 (25:16, 25:20, 22:25, 25:13) and celebrated their fourth victory in a row.

The Elbe city women, who had to do without their ailing captain Lena Stigrot (muscle injury), started concentrated.

They consistently implemented their match plan with powerful tasks, stable acceptance and defense as well as a fast attack game.

In the second round, the Rote Raben came into play better.

Especially Danielle Brisbois was able to overcome the DSC block again and again.

But after the hosts had been led in the meantime, the Waibl protégés showed their qualities in serve and attack in the final phase.

In the middle of the third section, the second in the table lost a bit of the line and the precision in the pass.

Too many mistakes crept in.

But with the beginning of the fourth set the guests pulled through again and after 98 minutes the seventh win of the season was perfect.
